Welcome to Goods and Better Brand Rep Affiliate Program!

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant” or “Goods and Better”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refer customers to use product or service from the merchant. 

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

Affiliate links are automatically generated. Affiliate can create their own “coupon code”* which is also used to track commission if (and only if) customer uses code for their purchase. Merchant cannot track purchases if code/link is not used and will not track purchases retroactively if link is not used or code is forgotten or entered incorrectly. 

If customers click on both the affiliate link and use coupon code, affiliate will not receive double commission. 

* Affiliate may or may not be assigned a code with a discount attached for customers. If you are not explicitly informed of a discount attached to your code, the default is 0% discount for customers. If your code does not provide a discount for customers, you are not allowed to promote it as such, and the coupon code is exclusively for tracking commission. 

Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and payment

When affiliate refers any customer to make a purchase on the Goods and Better website, they will receive a commission amount which is calculated based on established Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).

For an Affiliate to receive commission, correct paypal details must be entered upon registration. Payouts will be distributed monthly. 

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed in Commission tab. Any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. 

Affiliates who earn over $600 in commission will need to present a completed W9 to merchant. Merchant will provide a completed 1099 form for affiliate to provide to accountant for tax purposes. 

4. Marketing tools

We may share promotional media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through the Creatives tab. You can download the media in order to share on affiliate channels.

5. Cookies

We use a cookie to track customers who have clicked on your link. Cookies must be enabled by customer in order for purchases to be tracked.

If a customer does not allow cookies or clears cookies, merchant is unable to track payments and cannot pay commission on that customer’s activity.

Cookie Days is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks  the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link again within this time period).

6. Removal from Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: [email protected]. Merchant can remove affiliate from the program at any time, for any reason after fulfilling commission payment.
